No Refund: Cancellations made less than 4 hours before departure or after office hours are non-refundable.
Exceptions: Only medical emergencies, supported by valid documentation, may be considered for refund exceptions.
Card Payments: All card payment refunds will have a 3.5% transaction fee deducted as per the payment processor’s policy.
